Refunds and Cancellation are transaction specific and the same will be detailed out with each transaction.

Full refund can be claimed within 48 Hrs after purchase in case if customer feels the product has been purchased mistakenly.
Only 50% of the total paid amount can be claimed if the setup procedure is initiated.

Refunds is not possible once the site is hosted on your server as the project is open source.

Customers are advised to discuss the presale questions/concerns as any claims regarding the inventories/price/features of suppliers won't be accepted.

Refunds and Cancellations won't be possible at all if the customer requests for a downloadable files after purchase.

In General, Refunds where applicable will happen within the credit period (typically 2-3 Weeks). Refunds will happen to the original method of payment.

As all the different modules are based on respective suppliers, thereby not all the addons are supported by all the services. Please check with your account manager if the selected addon works with the modules you are interested in.

In case of dispute, we will work with the client and settle it amicably as per the discussed contract.

Flight booking policy

  1. " Ezu Mart " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Ezu Mart and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  1. The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes.
  2. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  3. There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  4. To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  5. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  1. All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / Supplier.
  1. Check in:
    1. As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
    2. For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
    3. The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flight, else will be considered as a no show.
    4. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old..
    5. Additional payment may be charged by the airline for seat allocations.
  1. Amendments:
    1. Ezu Mart can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you'll need to contact the airline directly.
    2. Every booking made on Ezu Mart is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, hotel which may vary by flight and booking class. The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
    3. If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected. The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
    4. In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Ezu Mart charges a Non-Refundable amendment handling fee of INR 300 per passenger per segment within India Domestic bookings.
    5. We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
    6. Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
    7. All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.
    8. For within India Domestic bookings, if you amend your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 300 per passenger per segment will be charged in addition to airline's amendment charges.
    9. For International bookings (Ex-India/To-India/ Anywhere to Anywhere in the world), if you amend your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 400 per passenger per segment will be charged in addition to airline's amendment charges.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
    1. Every booking made on Ezu Mart is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
    2. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
    3. Convenience fee is non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the user, or flight cancellation by the airline.
    4. Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by signing in to your Ezu Mart Account. Step by step details for online cancellations are available
    5. Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However Ezu Mart cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher
    6. In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, for within India Domestic bookings, Ezu Mart charges a Non-Refundable cancellation fee of INR 300 per passenger per sector. If for within India Domestic bookings, Cancellation is done through the customer support executives assistance, we will levy INR 500 per passenger per flight. For International bookings (Ex-India/To-India/ Anywhere to Anywhere in the world), Ezu Mart charges a Non-Refundable cancellation fee of INR 649 per passenger per ticket
    7. Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support shall be entertained. Ezu Mart shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail
    8. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 3 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled
    9. If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Ezu Mart will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
    10. Convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.

For any cancellation made by you for which refund is already processed and if it is found that you have used/made changes to the ticket on the same PNR directly with the airline, Ezu Mart reserves the right to debit your original mode of payment against the amount which has been refunded to you.
    12. For within India Domestic bookings, if you cancel your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 500 per passenger per ticket will be charged in addition to airline's cancellation charges.
    13. For International bookings (Ex-India/To-India/ Anywhere to Anywhere in the world), if you cancel your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 500 per passenger per ticket will be charged in addition to airline's cancellation charges.
  2. Refunds
    1. It is mandatory to contact Ezu Mart for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at
    2. If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets must reach us within 48 hours of the time of cancellation so that we can get them endorsed by the airline for you.
    3. If your paper ticket gets lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process a refund request.
    4. All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Ezu Mart by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process
    5. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
    6. Ezu Mart shall refund your cancellation only after the respective Airline/Service Provider processes to us your eligible refund. In case an airline ceases its flight operations, any refund owed by the airline to the passenger will be processed by Ezu Mart only after receiving the same from the airline.
  3. No Show
    1. The Airline reserves the right of admission or boarding for onward or return flight, in case the customer fails to board any segment of the travel for his itinerary Ezu Mart shall not be responsible or liable for such refusal of admission or boarding.
